Because he is…and because it was part of a sweet children’s joke I remember and reflect on often still…He’s Everywhere, Always, even inside your pockets, and if you have a hamburger in your pocket, and you’re a kid, you may be worried that he might eat it…So you pray “Lord, I know you’re in there, but please don’t eat my hamburger”. He’s Everywhere, All the time, and can see Everything was the point.
